Girl`s Season off to a strong start
The Kincardine Kinucks Canadian Tire Atom Girls team traveled to Walkerton today to face off in an exhibition game against the Capitals
The girls got off to a strong start in the first period with goals by Abby Boulton assisted by Miya Wall and Hannah Brandon assisted by Rachel Catelo. The strong play continued into the second with another goal by Abby and the assist going to Eden Anderson. Heading into the third the team was up 3 to 1 with great goal tending coming from Bianca Holland. Strong team work lead to a goal from Jen McLarty assisted by Miya Wall and then a minute later Abby Bolton netted an unassisted goal for her hat trick! The girls walked away with a 5-1 win and will play again in Kincardine this Thursday against the Mount Forest Rams
